Delete your account

In the app

Open the Youmechef app. Go to Profile. Choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email us from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 14 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your login and account
• Your name and addresses
• Your cart and preferences
• Your uploaded recipes and photos

Your email address is free to use for a new account right away.

What we keep

Orders and payments are kept for 7 years. That is a legal bookkeeping requirement. They are anonymized. Your name and email address are no longer attached.
